Scope & Acceptance

By submitting an order through our store, you agree that your purchase is governed by these Terms and Conditions and the other policies displayed on our website.

Eligibility

Independent purchasers must be at least 18 years old or have reached the legal age required to enter into a binding agreement in their place of residence.

Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to display product descriptions, photographs, colors, materials, dimensions, prices and availability accurately. Minor variations may occur due to lighting, screens, materials, packaging or manufacturing.

Product Use & Cleaning Safety

Customers are responsible for reviewing product instructions, warnings, material compatibility and care information before use. Cleaning products and tools should be used only for suitable surfaces and purposes.

Orders & Acceptance

An order confirmation acknowledges receipt of your purchase request but does not guarantee fulfillment. We may refuse or cancel orders involving payment failure, suspected fraud, inventory limitations, incorrect information, pricing errors or legal restrictions.

Pricing, Taxes & Payment

Product prices, shipping charges, applicable taxes, discounts and the final order total are displayed during checkout. By providing payment information, you confirm you are authorized to use the selected payment method.

Processing & Delivery

Orders are normally processed within 2–4 business days. For supported U.S. destinations, estimated carrier transit is generally 10–15 business days after dispatch. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed dates.

Returns & Refunds

Eligible products may generally be returned within 30 calendar days after confirmed delivery, subject to our Return & Refund Policy. Approved refunds are normally initiated after the eligible return has been received and inspected.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Contact customer service promptly if an item arrives damaged, defective, incomplete, incorrect or materially different from the applicable product description.

Cancellations

Cancellation requests should be submitted as soon as possible. Cancellation cannot be guaranteed after order processing or fulfillment has started.

Promotions & Discount Codes

Promotions may have expiration dates, minimum purchase requirements, availability limits, exclusions or other conditions. Unless stated otherwise, promotional offers have no cash value.

Resale & Commercial Orders

We reserve the right to limit quantities or cancel orders that appear to be intended for unauthorized resale, distribution or commercial use.

The Zoqvixa™ name, branding, original website content, graphics, photographs, product presentations and other protected materials may not be copied or commercially exploited without authorization except where applicable law permits.

Our store may use Shopify and third-party payment, fulfillment, shipping, analytics, communication and security providers. Their services may be governed by separate terms and privacy policies.

Errors & Availability

We reserve the right to correct typographical errors, inaccurate product information, pricing errors or availability information and to cancel affected orders where reasonably necessary.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, liability arising from use of products, website access or transactions is subject to applicable legal limitations. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.
